Credo- 'Bali Hai'

Is the main point of the work, you, do to, ‘follow your dreams’. You’ve searched all you’re life, and here it is. Live like a Lord. The biggest fish in your pond.

A share entitles, you to a token plot, of varying size, to build, house or garden. And 65 weeks occupation a year. Beyond the buildings all the acreage, and the sea is shared (apart from administration, and community projects).

Goldmine in the sun

Islands, I pick, have been known to saw, from $750,000 to $6.6 million in 3 months
If planning to emmigrate, relax, gradually adapt to the culture, look for work, leave children safe and commute weekly, an off-shore island is perfect.

The administration, wealthy, holidaymakers, or pensioners, in the majority. All of whom need service jobs. The island will be awash, with cash. So beachcombing is welcome. All businesses, are monopolys, hi-tech, higher diversity, no advertising, waste, overheads etc, and not far from the mainland.
Exceptions: Natural island jobs, internet, and delivery, hopefully.

Each share is £2,300. Show interest, donate £10 to the Espoak trust, which specializes in revitalizing Britain. You'll be added to the list.

Credo- Imagine a Holiday

Plan to leave £25,000, to your children, would a tropical island, be better.

Fish, picnic, children run free, no cars, or dangerous animals, pets don’t stray, home cooking, secure marriage, plan your families future.

An English spoken dentists, Drs, police, solicitors, radio station, rescue services, and English common law (Commonwealth).

Idyll, isolate yourself, fresh air, castaway, wander spiritual bliss, and find yourself, with little animal born, waterborn, airborn, contagious diseases, or sanitary illness.

Honeymoon, breath taking dawns, starry nights, longer days, no rude or lewd behaviour, sunset,
Walk home from the pub, dive, explore, sail, hunt ‘seabirds’. Don’t have to obey local laws, customs or speak the language 24/7. We buy, big islands, which are cheaper, shadier, flatter, resist sun, wind, and rain better, have ‘large’ animals, lagoons, mountains, waterfalls, secret grottos, rivers.

Escape valve, paint freely, sing, write, have fun, samba, distill spirits,

Almost perfect administration, beach partys, hedonism, and no terrorism or military conflict.

And not that far from modern hospitals, and schools.

Credo- Problem business

We are Probably best tropical island developer in the world
Because, we're the only one, in our field. Buying a tropical home. There is no consumer watchdog, advice, little information, and developers are rarely subject to English law. Which means, as soon as a job is done, there off on another, you're deserted on an island, with hi-tech appliances. Service, security charges, and no law and order.

There is a great deal of benefit, from a company dealing, with local administation.
We make money from the general store, who pay the administration, for the first 6 months.
I) General store, takes money from all equally, and wish you to return.
ii) Pay the administration, i.e pristine island, and all equal.
iii) We find the best in the first place.
iv) We are Eco-friendly, non-commercial.
after six months, you can vote us off the island.

War in the Pacific.
Since the 15th century the idyll of the Englishman’s home abroad, has slowly developed. Culminating in 50's Colonial/native dwellings, we re-enforce these dwellings, with iron grids, to maintain a box shape, stop bricks, and allow air to pass through, as good as concrete. Eco-friendly, after a storm, power starts, immediately, lights go on, emergency services, and friends and family can be called..
Since the 40's the idyll of an American's house abroad, a concrete condominium, airtight windows, security fencing, and a golf course for visitors, plenty of garbage. Strangely, they rent at similar prices, and ours grows in value. With us, you have 100’s of acres to explore.

American developments.

Borrow money, plan, insure, pick the most profitable, piece of land. Post El Nino, a lot about. Train local workers to fix western high-tech

Borrow money, buy island, lay pipes, roads, fences, build houses. Advertise on a market full of similar products, luxury product, luxury advertising, long wait.

Wheres the electrician?, a £120,000 home , the golf course, garden and worn scrub inbetween, noise carrys, and peculiar winds blow freely. Storm hits! Rubbish flys about, beaches, churn against concrete harbours. Communication lines, meet electric, water, sewage, diesel, gas, meets rubbish, and they all go up. Bricks fly, windows shatter and fly, concrete walls collapse. Diesel, refuse, and powerboats, plough along together, and everything ends up on the beach. Eventually, you are taken to an overseas hospital. Your family with repairs, higher charges, liability for a scratched porsche, house on the market, new developments sprouting up, all the time. You’ll be there for years. Lawsuits for developers.

Borrow money, higher insurance etc.

Profit, whats the market driven by ?, western features, a nightmare !!!.

Credo- Old and disabled arrived

Old and disabled people, have made the move..................
be brave,
On an island with no rude, or lewd behaviour. Residents are,
brave
independent
self-reliant
fierce, 'island spirit'
special, follow a different drum
friendly, share an island
not rude or lewd (apart from naturism, and island celebrations)

Do you know people, who are disabled, or retired, are you worried about their future, buisy roads, darker days, life becoming to technical.

£2,300 a share. Cool breeze, convalese, recuperate, follow their own pace, sit on the veranda, beneath the thatched roofs, watch girls., watch the cricket, even nudism. The family were dragged out, to visit every weekend, now they stay longer, with more exciting news. No flights of steps, door a barrier, icy paths, smoke, street sellers, thieves, or assaults.
A 9 o'clock curfew, peace and quiet (as a library).
From their livingroom settee, they can talk to friends, via internet. Emailed letters to the general store are delivered, and replys sent. Food delivery, every three days to your door. Flat paths, roofed benches, water dispensers, and toilets. Showers have seats, and all buildings are accessible. Towns will also have cool-houses, fountains, and tabled shelters.

Credo-Why buy a tropical Island

Its 2010, livingroom to livingroom communications, postal service, schools, hospitals, cash-transfer, and airlines cover the globe. Work is no longer clock on, ever rocketing, mortgage, light, heat, water, vandalism, tax, and council bills vs cheap food, drink, video, and computer piracy laws.

Owning a tropical island has the same prestige, as a race-horse, or jet-plane.
Tropical islands, like diamonds are eternal, but with sea levels rising, we maybe some of the last generations to enjoy them, and given the choice, to preserve them.

When the money market is shakey people invest in tropical islands. Rent your property, (a lodger for 13 weeks), Lend to your family, get a job in nearby, Australia, or Newzealand, and leave it to your children, to retire to. We only need 250 couples, a small village, which won’t strain the holiday market.

Life on an island, contains, the building blocks for good health. If not delighted, you can resell.

Win a Tropical Island Competition

A hopefully unique, and fabulous blog about buying, and building on a tropical island.

The first island is over 2000 acres, 530 shares, £2,300 a share (2 under 16s per share), of the island of Mawo.

A COMPETITION TO OWN A TROPICAL ISLAND A BILLIONAIRE MIGHT OWN.
Help us, we need advertising advice, need to spread the word, and as a perk the chance to become, the owner of two of the shares, plus other timeshare prizes. All prizes on condition, we actually, get the island.

A former enviromental group, we preserve, pristine islands, as best we can. All the buildings, will be mainly wood, the power natural. With an almost perfect, non-militaristic, 50's type administration.

We are also trying to buy, a 35 acres island, just along the archipelago, 37 shares, £9,000 each, including a sailing boat. Secluded. Every week the sailing boat sails to a large town, and back.
